ABOUT ME
I've spent most of my life teaching, in Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota, and have over 30 years of experience at the elementary and middle school levels. I have also taught adult basic education, done private tutoring, and managed a school-age child care program. I am an avid reader and writer, and recently started a blog, just for fun at www.bableonblogger.wordpress.com.
In my most recent work with non-profits, I have been responsible for social networking, event planning and coordination, as well as program development and management. I have experience with document design, data management, and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher, as well as Open Office. I am familiar with both Windows and Apple operating systems. I am comfortable using Constant Contact, as well as WordPress and Wix for basic web page and blog design.
